Mr. Lafferty graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1995 with a BA in Sociology. Brian Lafferty has dedicated his life to serving those around him. As a member of the Rotary International, Brian has a firm belief in the organization’s credo, “Service Above Self.” Brian’s service in the community is often recognized through his work in juvenile outreach programs. In association with the Division of Juvenile Justice —as a means to end the cycle of incarceration— Brian has distributed literature: books, dictionaries, and pamphlets, to local juvenile wards of state in San Joaquin County.

Above all else, Mr. Lafferty believes in preserving the rights of the individual.
